Q: I want to allow plenty of time for my historical clothing items to arrive. When will my order be shipped out and what is the shipping time?



A: Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Others will be much fast than that at 1-2 business days. Look on the product pages for more specific shipping time estimates for a product. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or Fedex Ground (3-5 business days) unless it is to a APO or FPO address. UPS Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.



Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?



A: All products have a "In Stock" and "Out of Stock" message. We strive to update these pages as often as we have stock info. However, it is very hard to keep the website updated completely accurately and if for some reason an item goes out of stock and was not reflected on our site, we will email you immediately and you can decide to cancel your order or choose a different item.



Q: What if I'm unsatisfied with the item, can I return it?



A: Yes! Even though we believe you'll be satisfied with our wide range of quality renaissance and medieval costumes, we understand that a product may not turn out to meet your needs. Please see our return policy for more details on how to return an item.



Q: How can I pay for my items?



A: We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. During checkout you'll be given the option of paying by credit card or through Paypal. If you are still uncomfortable with that, we also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please email us with your order or give us a call and we will give you the total amount due with shipping charges and any applicable sales tax. A mailing address will be given to send your check/money order.

Q: I'm still a little uncomfortable about ordering online. How can I be assured that my payment information is safe?
